SMU-Chula Joint Elective Course

A Collaborative Learning Experience in the Heart of ASEAN

Course Overview

The SMU–Chula Joint Elective Course is a unique international elective program jointly offered by Chulalongkorn Business School (CBS) and the Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University (SMU).

Over the course of five intensive days, MBA students from both universities come together in Singapore to learn, collaborate, and exchange ideas with faculty members from both institutions. The program provides participants with an opportunity to broaden their ASEAN business perspectives, understand emerging opportunities in the region, and strengthen their cross-cultural management skills.

Each year, the course explores a distinctive theme—ranging from innovation and entrepreneurship to digital transformation and sustainability—reflecting current business challenges and trends in Southeast Asia. The annual theme will be announced prior to the application period.
